I understand that My Jewish Ads provides digital tabletop advertising inside kosher restaurant locations, and that my ad may rotate with other advertiser, restaurant, or informational content.

I agree to pay the price shown for the plan I selected. If I selected a 3-month or annual subscription, I understand that I am committing to the full term shown, even if the price is displayed as a monthly amount.

I understand that advertising exposure is provided, but specific sales, leads, calls, or results are not guaranteed.

I am responsible for providing accurate ad content, logos, images, videos, and business information. My Jewish Ads may reject or request changes to any ad content that is inappropriate, misleading, low quality, or unsuitable for the restaurant/community environment.

I understand that there may be times (although rare), service may be temporarily offline due to technical issues, or operational or software updates.

Payments are non-refundable once the advertising campaign has started (which begins with ad consultation), unless My Jewish Ads agrees otherwise in writing.
